Amazing work in progress with impressive ocean view! This labor of love began with fortress-like construction featuring grand rooms with soaring ceilings, fireplaces to gather by, decorative glass detailing, multi-level decks capturing the ocean view, and outdoor kitchen for entertaining. Additions include a brand new roof, new flooring, insulation, sheet rock, and paint upstairs. The entire house has been re-wired. Lights and water are in working order. Bring your imagination downstairs where there is potential to create an entire separate unit, or extend the upstairs. Many materials to finish remain on site. All this plus a cabin down below and lot next door give you over 3/4 acre to roam. This marvel is calling the next visionary to add their creativity and expert workmanship.
